stm32与ad7249按照典型电路配置好后，通信不正常。
原因是clr引脚没有按照datasheet的要求置低。
A CLR function is provided which sets theoutput to 0 V in both unipolar ranges and in the twos complement bipolar range, while with offset binary data format, theoutput is set to –REFIN.
